Additionally, work also includes a new Elevator, Audio/Video Systems, Security Access controls, Negative Pressure system at Exam Rooms, Back-up Generator, selective Structural alterations & repairs. Site work is approximately 26,000 SF and includes a complete reconfiguration, resurfacing & grading of the site, new ADA ramp, Front & Rear Stairs, gated entrance, fencing, site lighting, parking spaces, new sewer & drainage
system. Prevailing Wages shall apply. All bidders are required to submit a 10% original Bid Bond with their submissions packet. The Obligee is the City of Bridgeport.
