One original (1) and two copies (2) sealed bids AND one (1) electronic (thumb drive) for Renovations to 115 Highland Avenue will be received by the Department of Public Purchases, Margaret E Morton Government Center, 999 Broad Street, 2nd Floor, Bridgeport, CT 06604 until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 26, 2023. Please be sure to have your name and address on the outside and mark MNB02423A-R - 115 HIGHLAND AVENUE RENOVATIONS. The project includes but is not limited to: New Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems. Exterior Site and Building Envelope improvements. Additionally, work also includes a new Elevator, Audio/Video Systems, Security Access controls, Negative Pressure system at Exam Rooms, Back-up Generator, selective Structural alterations & repairs. Site work is approximately 26,000 SF and includes a complete reconfiguration, resurfacing & grading of the site, new ADA ramp, Front & Rear Stairs, gated entrance, fencing, site lighting, parking spaces, new sewer & drainage

system. Prevailing Wages shall apply. All bidders are required to submit a 10% original Bid Bond with their submissions packet. The Obligee is the City of Bridgeport. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for 100% Payment and Performance and Bonds, in the forms included in the Specifications. Proposed forms of Contract Documents, including Plans and Specifications, as prepared by Antinozzi Associates, will be on file and available to contractors by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at Technical Reproductions, Inc. 326 Main Ave, Norwalk, CT 06851, 203-849-9100, copy@trepro.net. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough on site will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 14, 2022. The walkthrough will occur at the project location, 115 Highland Avenue, Bridgeport, CT 06604. The contractor must be licensed in the State of Connecticut or provide Certificate of Authority to work in the state. All employees must be properly certified, trained, and qualified to perform the work.
