Bid Title:Substation Equipment and Materials Category:ElectriCitiesStatus:Open Description: Sealed bids for furnishing Substation Equipment and Materials for a 100 - 12.47 KV Substation for the Town of Huntersville, North Carolina, (hereinafter called the "Owner") will be received on or before 2:00 p.m., Monday, May 13, 2024, in Conference Room of ElectriCities of North Carolina, Inc., located at 11316 Sam Furr Road, Huntersville, North Carolina 28078, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read. This Request for Bids is for Material Only. Construction Services are not included. Bids and all supporting documents required to be attached thereto must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the attention of Mr. David Lucore. ElectriCities of North Carolina, 11316 Sam Furr Road, Huntersville, North Carolina 28078. The name and address of the Bidder, and the date and hour of the opening of bids must appear on the envelope in which the bid is submitted. Bidders will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, local laws, rules, and regulations, which are hereby made a part of the bid. The Town of Huntersville reserves the right to reject any and all bids. A contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder taking into consideration quality, performance, and the time specified in the bid for the performance of the contract.
