IMPORTANT - 02 MAY 2022- AMENDMENT 0001 -  REPLACEMENT OF FA568222Q0004-EXHIBIT No.1- Price Schedule-dated 02 May 2022IMPORTANT- 27 APRIL 2022 - ANSWERS TO SITE VISIT QUESTIONS HAVE BEEN GIVEN THROUGH THE ATTACHMENT BELOW,  NAMED "Q and A TO REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FA568222Q0004"INDOOR FIRING RANGE MAINTENANCE AND LEAD/HAZMAT ABATEMENT SERVICES, AVIANO AIR BASE, ITALYThe contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation and qualified personnel necessary to ensure maintenance and lead abatement services shall be performed at Aviano Air Base, Italy indoor firing range in a manner that it shall be maintained in satisfactory facility condition to perform mission essential firing operations. Contractor shall have current Italian certification to perform maintenance services on firing range in the Italian territory for the entire performance of the contract.IMPORTANT:A SITE VISIT / PRE-QUOTATION CONFERENCE planned for 08 April 2022 at 09:00 a.m. (CET Central European Time), shall be held on Aviano Air Force Base, Italy (Meeting Point: LVIS Gate / Contractor’s Gate - Aviano Air Base, Localita’ Tornielli, 17 – 33080 Roveredo in Piano (PN). In order to join the site visit/pre-quotation conference, all interested offerors must submit a written request/attendance confirmation by e-mail only to the e-mail addresses mentioned above at paragraph a. within 06 April 2022 at 11.00 a.m. (CET Central European Time), indicating company name, company address, first name and last name of a maximum of two company representatives and their cellular phone number. Each company representative to access Aviano Air Base needs a valid Identification Document and valid green pass or negative Covid-19 test result. All prospective offerors are highly encouraged to attend and to inspect the sites where the services are to be performed. In no event shall failure to inspect the sites constitute grounds for an award
