This is an RFP for a Grant Administrator for the City of Alma for the 2021 CDBG (Small Cities) Grant.
The CDBG Project is to refurbish or replace deteriorating infrastructure, including sewer, water, streets and drainage systems. The areas of concern are the low- moderate income residential areas in the original central City of Alma. The original central City of Alma has public sewers, water and streets built between the late 1940's to about 1960 in a span of 30 years.
