Firearms Range Ballistic Containment System WSCJTC intends to purchase a replacement bullet trap system. The existing bullet trap has far exceeded its designed useful life of 10 years. The bullet trap has now been operational for almost 25 years. In addition, range usage has increased as the number of students attending Basic Law Enforcement Academy (BLEA) training has increased. The existing bullet trap system has multiple leaks in the foundational metal and causes leakage of contaminated water. Repairs to the system have been on-going but further repairs are no longer viable.
