The New York City Department of Education (“NYCDOE” or the “Department”) on behalf of the Division of Human Capital (DHC) is seeking proposals from organizations with the demonstrated capacity to provide graduate-level educational leadership fellowship programs aimed at recruiting, placing, and providing professional development of high-quality, short-term and long-term talent in the areas, including, but not limited to, policy, strategy and planning, operations, program and project management, finance, human resources, data management and analysis. These services will be provided to central headquarters, field support centers and school superintendent’s offices within the New York City public school system.
