Request for Proposal No. RFP09907 Environmental Land Use Consultant for Rainier Beach High School Replacement Project Until: December 19, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. The Seattle School District No.1 (District) is requesting proposals for an Environmental Land Use Consultant to prepare documents required by the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) for the State of Washington for the Rainier Beach High School site located at 8815 Seward Park Ave. South, Seattle, WA 98118.
