This project is being bid informally to select prime Contractors in accordance with Public Contract Code §10122(d). Bid forms will be provided to bidders via email.
Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: installing new City of Sacramento entry and existing parking kiosks and associate equipment and support systems. Some parking lots include associate accessibility upgrades to existing ramp and parking. Lighting upgrades to Lot 24.
License required to bid the project: A or B
Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
States estimated cost: $875,000. The term of this project is 240 calendar days.
