Approval for the use of other than full and open competition, to increase the total aggregate contract maximum of the NAVFAC Southwest Heavy Horizontal Construction MACC by $91,000,000, from $249,000,000 to $340,000,000 for all contracts combined was granted via J&A 20-08-1 on December 16, 2019, to allow for award of new task orders in support of the China Lake Earthquake Recovery effort and provide a reserve for potential unforeseen modifications that may be required under new task orders, with no extension to the contract completion date.
