99--Fort Rosecrans - Solar Panel Repair M&R 892-M&R-FY19-067 Solar Panel System has dissasembled and racked

1 NOTICE: This is a Special Notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA) Intends to award on a Sole Source Basis to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concern (US Diversified Contracting Services) under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 334416, for the repair of their Solar System at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego, California. The Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery has a need for their Solar Panel Foundation that has settled, and the panels have racked and disassembled. The work shall begin at or about June 25, 2019. The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit from only one source in accordance with VAAR Part 819.7007. This notice is not a request for competitive solicitation responses but interested Offerors and responsible Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSBs/VOSBs) may identify an interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a response to the solicitation. All solicitation responses must be received by 14:00 (MST) on June 13, 2019 and will be considered by the Government. Contractor services are to be performed at: Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery 1700 Cabrillo Memorial Dr. San Diego, CA 92106 A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
