The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for a base and four additional option periods This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION Silverdale, WA.It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 07 August 2019.The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at http://fedbizops.gov/.The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER.The closing date of the solicitation will be 10 days from the
