The products we seek support our Behavioral Health Resource Center programs (Day Center, Shelter & Transitional Housing). RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE Contractor shall reuse, salvage or recycle as much waste materials as economically feasible. Contractor shall minimize waste disposal in landfills. Contractor shall make a reasonable effort to include diverse suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors in the conduct of your business and supply chain. NOTE: YOU MUST SUBMIT BID PRICES FOR ALL LINE ITEMS TO BE CONSIDERED RESPONSIVE FUNDING Total funding available for all services performed under resulting contracts is estimated to be under $150,000 over five (5) years. Funding of the work described in this solicitation is not guaranteed. Fluctuations in funding year to year should be expected. The County cannot not assure that any particular level of work will be provided and the contract will permit the County to add or remove work as necessary depending on availability of funding. CONTRACT AWARD & TERM The county may award to one or more suppliers based on the results which ever is in the counties best interest. The contract term shall not exceed five (5) years. Price De-Escalation/Escalation All prices will remain firm for the first 12 months of the Agreement period. Any de- escalation/escalation in prices will be made on an annual basis thereafter by mutual agreement. Request for a price increase must be made by Contractor in writing at least 60 days in advance of the contract anniversary date.
