Common Data Link Satellite Communications

This performance based requirement is for the sustainment of theCommon Data Link / Satellite Communications (CDL/SATCOM) Program.The contract will procure Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) forsustainment of the Army CDL/SATCOM to include maintenance andupgrades of existing systems, the procurement of new technology,equipment, and spares for continued sustainment, and support of theArmy Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Mission. AnIndefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract will be utilized with a fiveyear base ordering period and five one year option periods. Services underthis contract shall be procured via Task Orders and utilize the contracttypes of Fixed-Price Contracts: Firm-Fixed- Price Contracts and Cost-Reimbursement: Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Contracts and Cost-Contracts.The requirement is in support of the Communication ElectronicsCommand (CECOM) Integrated Logistics Support Center, as well as,multiple Army and Department of Defense Intelligence,

Surveillance andReconnaissance Programs employing Airborne and Ground Line-of-SightCDL systems and Army Ground SATCOM systems. ISR Programs to besupported shall include, but are not limited to, Guardrail Common Sensor,all variants of Enhanced Medium Altitude Reconnaissance and SurveillanceSystem, Airborne Reconnaissance Low, Distributed Common GroundSystems-Army to include Operational Intelligence GroundStation and Tactical Intelligence Ground Station, and Gray Eagle.Additionally, requirements shall include support forother US Government agencies and DoD services for manned andunmanned Airborne and Ground CDL and networking systems, GroundSATCOM systems and Space Based CDL systems This effort also includesOperational Readiness, Contractor Field Service Representatives,Engineering/Technical Services, Integrated Logistics Support, SpecializedRepair Activities , Spares Procurement- Expense and Investment, Data Linkand SATCOM Systems and Support Equipment Procurement, TechnicalData and Reports, Quality of Service/Product, Program ManagementSupport and Travel.
