The contract shall be available for use by all State Agencies, Boards and Commissions as well as participating Cooperative Members, collectively hereinafter referred to as Eligible Agencies. The Special Terms and Conditions provide a more detailed definition of Eligible Agencies. A list of all State Agencies and Cooperative Members may be found on the State Procurement Office‟s Website. The purpose of this Solicitation is to award a contract(s) to the responsible offeror(s) whose proposal is determined in writing to be the most advantageous to this state.
