Group Life Insurance for Locally Employed Staff, of the U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh

The Contractor shall provide Group Life Insurance services to Locally Employed Staff of U.S. Embassy in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This will include Natural Death/Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Disability/ Dismemberment.The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.  The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
