The intent of this contract is to have available one or more individuals or firms under contract with qualified staff with a guaranteed hourly rate pricing. Therefore, this contract may be awarded to multiple vendors. COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 West 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 2:30 PM (CDT) Tuesday, February 14, 2023. Proposals will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to ensure that the Proposal is received on time. ANY PROPOSAL RECEIVED AFTER THE SPECIFIED TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Bids for this solicitation will be accepted electronically via the Purchasing Department's Bonfire Web portal until 2:00 p.m., local time, on the bid date. SEALED PAPER Proposals shall be delivered to the Board of County Commissioners Purchasing Department, at 840 W. 11 th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401, no later than the proposal deadline. Respondents shall submit one (1) original proposal package and one (1) electronic proposal package. Proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the title of the work, the name of the respondent, and the date for opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to ensure that the proposal is received on time. Business Hours: 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday Fax Number: 850-248-8276 Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS All professional services to be provided under the awarded contract shall be performed by Professionals licensed to practice in the State of Florida Residential and Commercial Inspectors along with Residential and Commercial Plan Examiners shall hold required licenses. Inspectors and Plans Examiner disciplines required for performing said services shall be in accordance with Florida Statute Chapter 468. License information for all applicable personnel shall be included in Proposer’s submittal. Architects shall hold a Florida Professional Architect license.
