To comply with this restriction UAA Facilities Planning & Construction will be conducting

a pre-bid conference via teleconference to be followed by a restricted walkthrough of the project site. A pre-bid conference will be conducted via teleconference followed by an onsite walk through. The teleconference will be held February 9, 2023 at 11:00 am, interested parties may participate by calling 1-866-832-7806 using the participant code 9120787. Immediately following the teleconference an onsite walkthrough of the project location will take place on February 9, 2023 at 11:15 am, at UAA Facilities, Planning, and Construction at 3300 Seawolf Drive, Suite 106, Anchorage, AK 99508. IMPORTANT - due to the COVID-19 restrictions, University of Alaska Anchorage facilities have limited access, this facility will be locked and in order to ensure access to the facility for the pre-bid walkthrough interested parties shall be present at the time stated above for the walkthrough.All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond provided by a surety authorized to do business in the State of Alaska on a form provided herein, or a cashier’s check. Bid security must be in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the bid.Questions regarding this IFB shall be directed, in writing, to UAA Facilities Planning & Construction on Bid Express or emailed at uaa_fpc@alaska.edu for action, include bid number and project name in email subject line.Complete bidding documents for this project are available in electronic form. Bid documents are not available from the Architect or the Owner, but they may be obtained from most plan rooms and reprographic firms for a fee. Printed copies may be ordered from reprographic companies through the website or by contacting a reprographer directly. Downloaded files may be printed on the plan holder’s equipment.
