The Town will pay for these services on a compensating balance/earning credit agreement basis. The Town is requesting proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide one or more of the following services: core banking services, an online purchasing card program, an enterprise-wide ecommerce solution, a lockbox service, and certain other related financial services. Institutions may respond to one or more of the requested

services. The Town reserves the right to award a single contract or multiple contracts to the most responsive, qualified, and responsible Offeror(s) if doing so is advantageous to the Town. Awards shall be limited to the least number of Offeror(s) necessary to meet the requirements of the Town. Proposals in electronic format will be accepted until 3:00 P.M., local time, on January 13, 2023 by the Procurement Division for the Town, at which time all Proposals shall be publicly opened, names only of responding Offerors read aloud in a Microsoft Teams Meeting, with vendors added as requested and published immediately on the Town’s Procurement Portal. Proposals received after the scheduled opening date and time will be immediately disqualified in accordance with the Town’s Procurement Ordinance.
