State Marijuana Control Board Meeting

PUBLIC NOTICE MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD MEETING June 29-30, 2022 Anchorage, Alaska Third Judicial District Pursuant to Alaska Statutes, 17.38.111, the Marijuana Control Board is holding a regularly scheduled meeting on June 29-30, 2022, to consider its agenda covering marijuana establishment license applications, enforcement, and, if any, ongoing and proposed regulations projects, and other matters that may come before it. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, and Thursday June 29, 2022. The meeting will be held in the Aurora Inn Conference Room at 302 Front St, Nome, AK 99762. Due to limited capacity and social distancing restrictions, please consider joining the meeting by Zoom. The meeting is open to the public to attend at any time during the meeting. The board will reserve a time period on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, for public comment regarding items not on the agenda and not relating to regulations currently out for public comment. where written public comment was received in response to a Notice of Proposed Changes and during the opened public comment period, the board will review the written public comment but will not take oral public comments on the regulations project at this meeting.
