The NY Army National Guard has requested a requirement for NY Army National Guard: Power Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) test kits, 3 x Each.All Offeror’s must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of NY Army National Guard: Power Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) test kits at FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Synopsis/Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov.Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract. All pricing needs to be final pricing and cannot include taxes.Additional price increases will not be considered unless authorized by a contracting officer. This requirement is asmall business set-aside under NAICS 334519, Size Standard 600 Employees.
