Old Mill Road Survey and Engineering

TOWN OF CHARLESTOWNREQUEST FOR PROPOSALSOLD MILL ROAD SURVEY AND ENGINEERING The Town of Charlestown is presently accepting proposals for Surveying and Engineering work leading to the reconstruction of 6140 feet, more or less, of Old Mill Road. Detailed specifications may be obtained at the Town Hall during the hours of 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.  Sealed proposals will be received at the Town Clerk’s Office until 3:00 PM, DECEMBER 5, 2017.  Proposals shall be clearly marked “Old Mill Road Survey and Engineering” in the lower left hand corner.  Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to Alan Arsenault, Director of Public Works at (401) 364-1230. Responses received after said time will not be accepted.  Electronic delivery of said information in any form is prohibited.  An award for contract for such services will be made by the “evaluated method.” Evaluation shall be made on the basis of cost, relevant experience, qualifications, presentation and the historical business relationship with the Town of the bidder.The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept that proposal which it deems, in their sole judgement, to be in the best interest of the Town.                                                                                                                   Mark Stankiewicz                                                                                                       Town Administrator Advertised in the Westerly Sun: November 13,
