The House Recording Studio is responsible for maintaining and upgrading the audio-visual equipment utilized in Committee Hearing rooms which are located

in the Rayburn, Cannon, and Longworth House Office Buildings in Washington, DC.Scope: HRS is seeking to procure the services of a qualified firm to provide consulting, design, fabrication, installation, and potential lighting for two broadcast facility studio multi-use sets/backgrounds. The current studio sets are decades old and need to be updated to modern standards while still being capable of providing multi-use interview sets and backgrounds with decorum appropriate for use by the Members of the House to communicate with their constituents and media.Contract Awards: The House intends to issue one firm-fixed price award.Walk-Through: See Section L.5.2.Questions: Questions regarding the solicitation should be e-mailed to Toinetta Gordon, Senior Contracts Specialist, at Toinetta.Gordon@mail.house.gov no later than 12:00 PM local time on November 29, 2021.
