Auburn Street Retaining Wall

The City of Farmington is seeking bidders for construction services for retaining wall installation. The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to construct the retaining wall at 605 Auburn Ave, construct a gravity retaining wall, install 4" drainage pipe along the bottom of the retaining wall. To include installation of rock plating between sidewalk and wall. Construct a seepage ring with a grated manhole cover. Construct a privacy fence along the top of the hill/sidewalk. Repair damaged sidewalk and curb. A GB-98 or GS-4 license is required.
