Project Monitoring Application RFI Form Attachments:

The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) is seeking information through this Request for Information (RFI) regarding a configurable off-the-shelf software solution which could replace the Project Monitoring Application (PMA) system. Vendors are asked to provide information about current industry standards, best practices and developing trends. This RFI is intended to serve two purposes: Assist IDOT in better understanding this topic and to better prepare IDOT for possible future procurement(s) should IDOT determine it has a need in this area. The purpose of this RFI is NOT to select a vendor or qualified vendors. The purpose of this RFI is to allow IDOT to better understand emerging technologies. See RFI attachment for full details. VENDORS: When submitting a response to an RFI, the Vendor should select no charge. Pursuant to CPO Notice 2020.06, State agencies shall only accept electronic submissions for competitive solicitations. Paper responses will not be accepted.
