The City of Muscatine is a stable community and wishes to retain its unique attributes while supporting and directing development and growth. The scope of the Comprehensive Plan will be the incorporated area of the City of Muscatine, with some coordination with the broader Muscatine County Comprehensive Plan currently underway. The project shall commence, be completed, and presented for adoption within 18 months.
