Description

Scope of Services
The City of San Bernardino seeks power washing services for its concrete sidewalks and related hardscape amenities in its key commercial areas to include the downtown corridor. This work is intended to primarily improve the aesthetics of the noted areas but, importantly, to also ensure the health and safety of pedestrians utilizing City sidewalks. This work will be regularly scheduled and will occur during times of low pedestrian foot traffic. It is subject to prevailing wage.
