The Indian Health Service, Portland Area intends to modify its existing Purchase Order No. HHSI248201900003P for family practice services located in Nespelem Clinic, 19 Lakes Street, Nespelem, WA 99155 and Omak Clinic, 617 Benton Street, Omak, WA 98841 as a single source to Occupation Health System Inc. as the only reasonable source available in pursuant to FAR subpart 13-106(b). The Government will increase the hours by 672 (Estimated). The additional hours is needed for American Indians and Alaska Native patient support services, and it is considered as an urgent need to add the additional hours to avoid lapses on patient care. The NAICS code is 621111 and the small business size standard is $11 million. The Contractor has a specialty clinic for hepatitis patients located in the local area, along with the experience of following the care of the Colville Tribal Convalescent Center Patients.In accordance with 25 USC 14 Buy Indian Act, preference will be given to Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) for qualified native small businesses. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation, the responses shall demonstrate specialty clinic on hepatitis patients and experience of following the care of the Colville Tribal Convalescent Center Patients, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses shall be received on the date and time specified in this notice in order to be considered.
