All vendors submitting quote must have repair facility within 75 miles of agency operating the vehicle located at, MEDFORD, OR 97504. The quote must be itemized and detailed with individual and total parts prices, labor time, and all paint labor if applicable. Quote is to include all fees, including shipping or freight costs and provide the estimated ETA, number of days delivery can be expected after receipt of purchase order.
