The solicitation will result in a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with firm fixed price and time and materials task orders. The contract will be awarded as a five year IDIQ; task orders issued from the master IDIQ will contain option periods.
A site visit at the National Training Center is tentatively scheduled for May 18, 2017. Interested Parties are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions, including the condition property and equipment,that may affect the price and their technical approach. There will only be one site visit offered. Attendance at the site visit is not mandatory. The Government will not reimburse any offeror for expenses related to attendance of this site visit. Any interested offerors are to submit an email stating interest to the Contract Specialist, Bari R. Brooks, at
Bari.Brooks@hq.doe.gov no later than April 24, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. EST so that there is ample time to arrange for base access. No more than two representatives per vendor are permitted to attend the site visit and all attendees must be United States citizens. Specific details (i.e. time, meeting location, visitor access information) about the site visit will be given once a vendor expresses interest.

The due date for the proposal is anticipated to be within 50 days upon issuance of the solicitation. Paper copies will not be available.
