Our Neighborhood Services Inspector opening will be just the ticket if you do!    As Inspector, you will balance office and field work while enforcing the City of West Allis municipal codes, in particular zoning and property codes. When your department gets complaints, you will diligently research, inspect, and take appropriate action. This involves residential, commercial, and manufacturing properties. You will need to be a dependable resource with knowledgeable customer service experience and presentation skills; of note, you will process code violations through our Municipal and County courts, and at times appear as a witness for the City.
