The scope of the project is generally described as interior finish-out of an existing 2,500 sq.ft. maintenance storage building. The existing single-story pre-engineered metal building will be converted into council chambers and will include the following program spaces: council meeting room, community event space, restrooms, circulation, and related ancillary spaces. Which includes: walls, doors, windows, cabinets, appliance locations, flooring types, ceiling types, ceiling heights, porches, plumbing fixtures, and electrical panels. B. Exterior improvements will include: The removal of existing skylights, new EIFS with stucco finish applied to the existing exterior materials, and infill of overhead rolling doors that are scheduled to be removed.
