Professional Engineering Services Short List; Request for Qualifications R-2223-01

Pursuant to the California Health and Safety Code Section 25358.6.1, the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) may establish a prequalified list of professional engineering firms (Short List) to provide professional engineering and related incidental services. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish the Short List. From this list, DTSC will negotiate, and award contracts equal to or less than $1,000,000.00 for projects. DTSC may also use the Short List for contracts awarded pursuant to California Health and Safety Code section 25358.3(a).
