Segerstrom Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92704. Other Details All notifications, updates, and addenda will be posted on the City’s bid management and publications system at www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=20137. All questions must be submitted in writing through this site by 2:00 PM on or before the date specified in the solicitation. A written response will be provided via PlanetBids email notification. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in any bid. Notes The bidder is solely responsible for “on time” submission of their electronic bid. The City will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an e-bid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that bid was submitted successfully. Transmission of bids by any other means will not be accepted.
