Click to View DocumentsDescription: The Average Daily Population (ADP) has been lower in the recent years, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Significant court actions temporarily reduced jail intakes. Those court actions are expected to be rescinded this year. An increase in ADP is anticipated, going forward. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified Respondents toward a three-to-five-year Contract for comprehensive health care services for the Jail. Requested Health Care Services include, but are not limited to: Inmate Medical; Behavioral Health; Mental Health; Dental; Vision; Medication Distribution; Pharmaceutical; Extended Medical Services, and Emergency First Aid. To be considered qualified, vendors must be insured, bonded, and certified to furnish all labor, tools, equipment and incidentals required to provide the services specified in this RFP. The selected vendor must possess all permits, licenses and professional credentials necessary to provide and perform the herein-described Scope of Services. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation. Any and all exceptions must be clearly stated in the Proposal.
