See EXHIBIT I for complete Scope of Services. The term “Vendor”, “Proposer”, “Firm”, “Consultants”, and “Contractor” shall refer to any legal entity or entities submitting a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP). The full Scope of Services can be found on page 16 of the RFP Document. Other Details All notifications, updates, and addenda will be posted on the City’s bid management and publications system at www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=20137. All questions must be submitted in writing through this site by 4:00 PM on or before April 16, 2024. A written response will be provided via PlanetBids email notification. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in any bid. Please be advised that if any of the required attachments A, B, C, D, E, and F are not included in the submitted bid, it will automatically be deemed as nonresponsive. Notes The bidder is solely responsible for “on time” submission of their electronic bid. The City will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an e-bid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that bid was submitted successfully. Transmission of bids by any other means will not be accepted.
