The City of Menlo Park is requesting proposals from qualified municipal financial advisers to assist the city with bond financing strategies, debt service management, financial planning for capital projects and long-term operational costs, specifically for Measure “T” general obligation bond, which will be used for construction, acquisition, renovation and expansion of city’s parks and recreation facilities.
