Notice of Intent to Sole Source – F3GHDA2306AW01 - USAFADS Thunderbird Training RentalThe 99th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), due to only one source being capable of providing the supplies or services required atthe level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. Therequirement is for the purchase of PR: F3GHDA2306AW01 - USAFADS Thunderbirds Training Rental.This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for therequirement. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statementthat includes technical data and cost information, sufficient detail and with convincing evidence thatclearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement. All capability statements received by the duedate of this notice will be considered by the Government.A request for documentation or additional information or submissions that only ask questions will not beconsidered as an affirmative response. A determination by the Government not to compete based onresponses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will beconsidered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or toproceed with a sole source procurement.Capability statements are due on 01 December 2022 by 10:00 AM Pacific Time.
