New Phone System

The Village of Schaumburg, IL will accept proposals via the Village's e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/villageofschaumburg for 2024-RFP-032, New Phone System to be received no later than Friday, May 10, 2024, 11:00 am. Proposals submitted after the specified time will not be accepted.The Village of Schaumburg is looking to replace its current VoIP phone system (Mitel Connect). The new system should be compatible with the current workflow needs and flexible for innovation. The remote 311 call takers, minimal call menus, and many mailbox-only users provide unique challenges for this project.
