The signed Schedule A shall be Electronically Submitted to the Email listed below. IDL shall award the Purchase Order to the qualified Supplier submitting the lowest responsible and responsive quote. In the case of math errors, the UNIT PRICE will be correctly extended and the corrected TOTAL PRICE will be the basis for award. QUOTES DEADLINE AND ELECTRONIC DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS Quotes must be received before 2:00:00 P.M. P.T. on September 30, 2022. IDL is not responsible for delayed delivery of electronically submitted quotes. The date and

time of electronically received quotes, to the IDL email address listed below, will be used to determine if electronically submitted quotes were received by the due date and time specified. Flanges on of and sides of tank for mounting a spare tire and carrier. Anti-cavitation dome inside of tank at suction fitting to allow water in tank to be drawn down to within one inch of bottom of tank. Fittings: Fittings must be of stainless-steel composition. 1. For suction side of pump, 2” NPT female. Location- center of fitting is 4 1⁄2” from the right side of the tank and 3” from the bottom. 2. For transducer, 1⁄4” NPT female. Location- center of fitting 11 3⁄4” from the right side of the tank and 3” from the bottom. 3. For discharge side of pump, 1 1⁄2” NPT female. Location- center of fitting is 26 3⁄4” from the right side of the tank and 3” from the bottom. 4. For foam tank, 3⁄4” NPT female. Location- bottom right corner of foam tank to discharge through rear of main tank. Fill Spout: Top of tank, as close the right rear corner as possible, minimum 6” with cap and removable screen. Tank Gauge: Right rear corner of tank to be constructed of clear material for observing water level in tank. Foam Tank: Inside main tank at left rear, 10-gallon capacity, fill spout on top of tank, as close the left rear corner as possible, 6” with cap.
