Introduction Anaheim Transportation Network (ATN) invites qualified contractors to submit quotations for tenant improvement works at the ARTIC Transportation Center, Anaheim, CA. This RFQ outlines the scope, timeline, and submission requirements for the project. 2. Project

Overview The project involves modest remodeling within a new building, focusing on functional and aesthetic enhancements. The scope of work is as follows: • Installation of approximately 1400 square feet of flooring material. • Addition of two power outlets on the back wall in the large office. • Upgrading lighting in the new Dispatch Office. • Removal of outdated wall equipment. • Removal of two hallway doors, including finishing the openings to align with the existing interior design. • Enhancement of the drop ceiling lighting to double the existing fixtures. • Expanding the opening between the current space and the new dispatch area by removing a section of the wall. Note: No cabinetry work is required at this stage but may be considered in subsequent phases of the project. 3.
