Track Changes This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for oil-water separator and grease trap cleaning and maintenance services, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA2550-18-R-2012 is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98 and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525.
This acquisition is a 100 percent small business set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562991. The small business size standard is $7.5 Million.
This is a commercial item procurement using FAR Part 13 Simplified

Acquisition Procedures. All contract line item numbers, line item descriptions, periods of performance and solicitation provisions can be viewed within the attached combined synopsis/solicitation.
The government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose lowest-price and technically-acceptable proposal meets or exeeds the requirements of the solicitation. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: technical acceptability and price.
Changes to Performance Work Statement Appendices A and B were made today. Therefore, the price proposal and technical proposal due date is hereby extended to no later than 5:00 p.m. MST on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 and must be received by Ms. Yvonne Cook or Ms. Nicole Mintus, 50 CONS/PKB, 210 Falcon Parkway, Schriever AFB CO 80912, via e-mail, hand-delivery or postal mail. The anticipated award date is July 16, 2018.
