Project Name: Banking Services for Lee County Tax Collector


Scope of Work: The County seeks to contract with a qualified Vendor, also referred to as “Financial Institution”, to provide Banking Services for the Lee County Tax Collector, also referred to as “County”. The objective of this Agreement is to obtain banking services to meet all the needs of the County as described herein while minimizing costs to the County and mitigating, to the greatest extent feasible, unreasonable risks to the County. The County further desires to enter into an Agreement with an established Financial Institution that incorporates all minimum required service specifications while providing for a revenue stream to the County for business conducted with the Financial Institution. More than $1,000,000,000 in revenue flows through the Lee County Tax Collector’s bank account on an annual basis. It is the County’s desire to utilize a variety of services to deposit and disburse taxpayer funds while maintaining a level of service that is conducive to the public, taxing authorities, and/or agencies that are dependent upon tax monies that support their operational abilities.
