Description: Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept sealed bids on behalf of the Georgia Student Finance Authority (Owner) for the project entitled GSFC Building Reroof in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. This project scope of work consists of removal of loose gravel and cleaning of the existing BUR roof surface in preparation for a recover reroof. The insulation materials will be removed and replaced. New isocyanurate insulation and cover board will be installed. A fully adhered white TPO membrane system is specified. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
