The City seeks consultants who have a knowledge of City of Cincinnati neighborhoods and City processes and can demonstrate successful preparations of long-range plans for various population sizes and challenges faced. The successful offeror will have a strong background in issues of importance to the City. The successful offeror will have demonstrated knowledge of planning practices and processes, including land use analysis and urban

and graphic design skills, and experience with community engagement, mediation, and consensus building.
