Other Information Description The contractor must paint complete apartments(including all bedrooms, kitchen, living room, foyer, dinette, halls, bathrooms)in the manner described below, using a Standard One (1)Coat Paint System as stated in the Specifications and as directed by the Authority in Work Authorizations. No Painting Materials Shall Contain More Than 0.06 Percent Of Metallic Lead Base In The Non-volatile Content And All Painting Materials Must Conform To All Applicable Federal, State And Local Regulations Including Voc/vos (volatile Organic Compound/volatile Organic Substance) Rules At The Time Of Application.
