Scope of Work: #1) this line item to be added is Training, Report Generation and Inventory. #2) 8 - Remote Customer Stations Record Received items by cart number and weight verification. Uses scale, touch screen, and terminal interface. Creates receiving record that automatically verifies with plant what was sent. Records Shipped weight by cart and will verify that plant received goods sent. Uses scale, touch screen, terminal interface Creates shipping record used to verify arrival of goods at processing facility. Order placement program Allows customer to place orders with the processing facility directly to the plant management system. Allows customers to get reports on lost linen, Pounds processed, pounds shipped, items received, bulk weight, and current production costs. Customer Relations Program Allows customer to make request on line Track who took the request and what is being done about it Tracks outstanding issues Tracks resolutions to previous issues.
