HOUSING BOND – MULTI-FAMILY DEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS WANTED The City of San Antonio and Office of Urban Renewal San Antonio are seeking Request for Proposals (including a Competitive Sealed Bid component specifically for the purchase of land to comply with Texas Urban Renewal Statute) for the combined purchase and redevelopment of a 1.71 acre tract of real property located at 1409 Buena Vista Street into a multi-family rental housing development with a focus on affordable/Workforce Housing development.
