Services will be provided on an on-call basis under which Foothill Transit may issue one or more task orders (each a “Task Order”) to the selected Consultant. Each Task Order will be limited to a project wherein the requested services for that Task Order will not exceed $250,000.00. The Contract awarded will be for a term of one (1) year with one (1) one (1)-year option to extend the term in Foothill Transit’s sole discretion. Offerors should note that the execution of a contract as a result of this solicitation does not guarantee Foothill Transit will issue any Task Orders during the term of the Contract.
