Proposals are to be clearly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope in the lower left hand corner by name, as listed above.The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any defect in accordance with the RFP terms.Please note the County is exempt from all Federal, State, and Local Sales and/or Excise Taxes.Bidders must also submit the following – one original and three copies: Exhibit A: Non-Discrimination Provision, Personal Property Tax Statement, Non-Collusion Bid Affidavit, an Affidavit of Compliance with ORC 3517.13, and complete all questions in Exhibit C Questions & Scope of Work (RFP & Pricing).
