This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07.This procurement is set aside for Total Small Business. The NAICS code is 561730 and the Small Business Size Standard is $8M.The USDA Forest Service Region 5, Regional Office requires contracted high-quality landscaping services to revitalize the landscaping around the Regional Office Building. This will include weeding, mulching, planting, revitalization of vegetation, fertilizing, tree trimming and removal of tree stumps, bushes and shrubs.  The Contractor shall furnish all labor,
equipment, materials, and supervision required to perform project requirements.52.237-1 Site Visit (APR 1984)Offerors are expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable.
